Luis Martinez, M.D., MPH
Medical Director
Dr. Luis Martínez is a Regenerative Medicine, Antiaging and Cell Therapy specialist, clinical researcher and biomedical consultant.
He earned his medical degree at The Ponce School of Medicine and completed his residency training at the prestigious University of Pennsylvania.
He also completed an Advanced Training Course in Stem Cells in Cancer at the Ponce Health Sciences University Magee Research Institute consortium.
He is board certified in Clinical Lipidology. Dr. Martinez holds a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Epidemiology and is fellowship trained in Biosecurity.
In addition to his expertise in Regenerative and Age Management Medicine, Dr. Martinez actively practices Functional Medicine, Integrative Medicine, and Lifestyle Medicine, ensuring a comprehensive, patient-centered approach that combines advanced science with holistic principles.
He is the president of Xanogene Clinic, which specialized in Regenerative and Age Management Medicine.
He also founded and presides over Regenera Global, a multinational corporation specializing in biotech product development, research, and clinical consulting.
Dr. Martinez is also CoFounder of the Clinical Peptide Society, a US based professional organization aimed at educating physicians and advancing the use of pep tide therapeutics.
Alongside with the Age Management Medicine Group, he and his colleague have developed the world’s first Peptide Certification Program and have so far trained and educated over physicians in other as 500 physicians.
He additionally trains physician in other aspects of Regenerative and Age Management Medicine through his physician training portal Elite Group MD. Dr. Martinez also founded, alongside various colleagues the Senolytic Therapy Network. It is the first professional organization dedicated to advancing the science and clinical applications of senolytic therapies.
Additionally, Dr. Martinez is the president of Vitaplasma Networka research and clinical network dedicated to providing therapeutic plasma exchange as a therapy for aging and age related diseases.
Ana Orozco, MD
Functional Medicine
Dr. Anda Orozco is a seasoned Family Medicine physician with over 20 years of experience delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals and families across diverse settings.
She earned her medical degree and has since dedicated her career to integrating conventional medical training with holistic and functional approaches. Her deep commitment to preventive medicine and root-cause diagnostics led her to establish a virtual practice in Functional Medicine, guided by the principles of systems biology.
Through this innovative platform, Dr. Orozco empowers her patients to take charge of their health by addressing the underlying factors of disease and promoting sustainable lifestyle changes. Her approach emphasizes nutrition, physical well-being, emotional balance, and spiritual enrichment as foundational pillars of long-term health.
A strong advocate for integrative care, Dr. Orozco blends the wisdom of Traditional Medicine with evidence-based complementary therapies to offer personalized treatments that consider the whole person—body, mind, and spirit.

Ekaterina Sokolova, ARNP
Nurse Practitioner
Ekaterina, a board-certified Nurse Practitioner, has been in the nursing profession since graduating with an Associate’s degree from Voronezh Medical College in Russia in 2008. She continued her education in South Florida and achieved the Bachelor’s degree in Miami Dade College in 2017.
Ekaterina practiced as a Cardiothoracic Surgical ICU Registered Nurse for 10 years at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, until pursuing the Masters degree. She received her Masters of Science in Nursing degree from Chamberlain University in 2021.
Since graduating Ekaterina has focused her career on medical aesthetics, cosmetic dermatology and functional medicine. She believes it is most important to provide patient-centered care by performing thorough medical histories and investigating the needs of each patient.
She believes in a holistic approach which is the foundation of functional medicine. She takes time to educate patients about all the available therapies and products for her patients to make the best decisions for themselves. She wholeheartedly strives to empower others to feel great about themselves.
