Terms of Serivce – No Refund Policy

As a patient of Body Rejuvenation, LLC of which I have received or am currently receiving therapy treatments and/or services/products offered at Body Rejuvenation, I agree to pay the invoice presented to me via electronic mail and/or in the office at the time services are rendered or continued to be rendered until my therapy has been completed . I agree to pay the amount for the service, therapy and/or product and they have been fully completed to my satisfaction. I understand that All Sales are Final and there are No Refunds at Body Rejuvenation, LLC.
